Reaching a higher degree of circularity
The first part of this program will be the introduction of Agder Symbiosis. Several companies and public institutions in Sørlandet have decided to join a common vision, the Agder Symbiosis, to increase the level of circularity in the different material streams in the south of Norway. Guest speakers from EYDE Cluster, Klimapartnere, Kristiansand municipality will present their ideas and how they work on becoming more sustainable.
The second morning session will be a seminar on bioeconomy. Aquaculture, biogas from waste, agriculture and symbiosis are all fields where bioeconomy enables sustainable economic growth. We welcome guest speakers from Høst, the Norwegian Center for Circular Economy (NSSØ) and NTNU Industrial Ecology.
In the afternoon, a workshop on Creative Problem Solving will be hosted by two guest researchers from the University of Navarra, Spain: Pr. Andrés Mejia-Villa and Vanessa Prieto-Sandoval, PhD. Biomimicry, eco-innovation and eco-design will be introduced and used in groupwork.
